For peace of mind when using any person for laundry consider the following:
* always fix a price for laundry beforehand
*clarify if the price includes washing and ironing, picking up and dropping off at hotel
*if they charge per kilo weigh your washing yourself so u have an idea how much it would cost
*count number of items or even make a list of items and/or take a picture of the items
Its a reality laundry can get mixed up!
*use a strong plastic packet to give your laundry without any holes or tears, write your hotel name/contact number on the packet.
*arrange a suitable time for laundry to be collected/dropped off
*keep exact amount of money ready so u don’t require any change.
*some people charge differently for ihraams, so they charge per ihraam and not per kilo.
*Sometimes when u tell them that u will be giving regularly they give a better price
